If you are a lover of American food and not calorie conscious this is the ideal place to be in.T.G.I. Friday's (short for "Thank God It's Friday" or "Thank Goodness It's Friday), is America’s first casual dining chain. Here you can find a collection of sandwiches, steaks, fajitas, sizzlers and burgers. The ambience combines the look of a sports bar and the coziness of a restaurant and can seat about 150 plus people. They serve great and tasty food maintaining a high quality of service. A perfect culinary destination for non veggies although they do have several veg delights as well. The music is good, though not in superlatives.

The service on a weekday was real prompt and quick (though we need to monitor it on weekends).The tender has an apron covered with really cool batches. We started off with the beverages (T.G.I Friday’s lemonade) and availed the happy hours treat. Though the drink was lemony, it was quite a treat. The main course ordered were Chicken Fajitas (a dish with soft layered rotis with a spread and smoked chicken) and Paneer Tchou...(well didn't that complicated name), which was a gravy of mushrooms spread over Spanish rice with smoked paneer with a delicious serving of boiled salad (bell peppers , broccoli etc). What we really liked was that the tender suggested that we have to roll the Fajitas with the spread and the fillings (like a Frankie roll).Well that's the way how they are originally served. The portions served are quite huge so you light eaters may want to share a meal.

Not only is the food over priced they also have a service charge @12% (against the prevailing 10%) and VAT@7.5% .This would sure shot burn a hole in your pocket.

    i am a lover of american food and would desperately love to visit this place as soon as possible....i wont mind paying even 12000rs. for two....i wish they played loud music....

    If you are such a lover and have loads to spend why dont you go to America and try their authentic food..you dont have to compromise on anything back here...

Getting Ready The All Hearts Tour by Shreya Ghoshal, on 30th November at LB Stadium in Hyderabad was a concert to look forward to. Our first experience of a Shreya Ghoshal concert, we took a less tiring approach to travelling by metro to the concert, avoiding the traffic induced pressure, anxieties and long waits. Travel by metro was a breeze. For the concert scheduled to start at 7 PM, we reached the stadium around 6:15 PM. The stadium was a short walk from the “Assembly” metro station. At the stadium, quickly headed to the ticket counters to gather the wrist band for entry into the designated viewing areas. A gold class ticket with seating that cost Rs.2,300/ticket, was too far from the stage, though the viewing area was within the grounds and not the stadium seating (which was silver).
